Glazed Fruit & Vanilla Ice Cream Tart

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Starbucks® Caramel Sauce
  • 1 9-po. chocolate pie crust
  • 2 pints Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Ice Cream, slightly softened
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup sliced kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves, melted

Directions

  1. Pour caramel sauce into pie crust, then spoon in Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Ice Cream, smoothing to make even layer. Cover with plastic wrap and press smooth. Freeze 1 hour or overnight.
  2. To serve, top with fruit, then brush fruit with apricot preserves using pastry brush.
