2 golden delicious or tart apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup cranberries
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2/3 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 cup Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Ice Cream
Directions
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook apples, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until apples are golden. Stir in cranberries, sugar, cinnamon and cranberry juice combined with cornstarch. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until thickened.
Evenly scoop Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Ice Cream into 2 dessert bowls, then top with apple mixture.
