Glazed Fruit & Vanilla Ice Cream Tart

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Starbucks® Caramel Sauce
- 1 9-po. chocolate pie crust
- 2 pints Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Ice Cream, slightly softened
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sliced kiwi fruit
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves, melted
Directions
- Pour caramel sauce into pie crust, then spoon in Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Ice Cream, smoothing to make even layer. Cover with plastic wrap and press smooth. Freeze 1 hour or overnight.
- To serve, top with fruit, then brush fruit with apricot preserves using pastry brush.
